Order Processing Policy

Once an order has been submitted via the check-out process, and the payment has been confirmed from the bank authorizing the funds from the credit card used to make the purchase, we begin to process the order.  The customer will receive an automated invoice and an e-mail confirmation notice verifying that their order is being processed.  Generally, order processing takes two business days to complete.

Once an order has been completely processed, it will, typically, be shipped within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  The customer will receive an email notification indicating that the order has been shipped.  The email communication will include all necessary shipping details, including the name of the shipping carrier, the tracking or identification number, and the expected date of arrival.

Personalized and certain other items require more time to process and/or ship, such as sports-fan and custom-made watches, fine jewelry products, and Himalayan salt products.  This information is always included with the product information.

If there will be or is any delay in the order or shipping process, the customer will receive an email notification explaining the details and cause of the delay.

Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package arrives safely and securely, National Online Warehouse partners with shipping industry leaders, UPS, FedEx, Old Dominion, and the USPS.  In accordance with the Order Processing Policy, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email that will confirm the specific carrier used for their order.  Unless otherwise noted with the product information, orders are shipped via standard ground shipping.  Some items may only be delivered curb-side only.

Shipping Charges

National Online Warehouse makes every effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible.  The actual cost for shipping is based on the total value of your shopping cart, according to the chart below, and is applied at the end of the check-out process.  The charges listed are for delivery to the continental United States ONLY.  We do not ship to locations outside of the United States; there will be additional charges for delivery to U.S. locations that are outside of the continental area (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puetro Rico and U.S. military addresses).   These charges will not be added to your order at check-out.  A member of our Customer Service staff will contact you to arrange the additional charges.

Please note that certain items bear a shipping surcharge, in addition to the value-based shipping cost described above, because of size and/or weight.  These surcharges are clearly shown on applicable product pages.

Because a product may be shipped directly from the warehouse of the manufacturer or distributor, orders that consist of several different products may require a different form of shipping for each item, and the items may arrive separately.

Jewelry and Watches

Jewelry and watches cannot be shipped to P O Boxes.  They can only be shipped to street addresses and may require a signature upon delivery.

Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchases.  We attempt to make it convenient and simple to return purchases.  You may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund based on the original form of payment, within seven days of purchase. The original shipping charges are not refundable. In the case of an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge.

Return Options

Every item on our website has the applicable return/exchange policy for that item clearly listed on the product detail page under the ?Return Policy? section, as described below:

Refundable

Any item classified as ?Refundable? may be returned, for any reason, to us for either a full refund or exchanged for another or similar item on our website.  The customer must notify us that they elect a refund or exchange.  Communication must be made either by email or telephone within seven business days from the time the item was delivered.

The customer will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that will include a Refund/Exchange Request Form and shipping/mailing instructions.  The original invoice plus the Refund/Exchange Form must be included in the

package along with the item.  In the case of an exchange, the customer must indicate the reason(s) for the

exchange and the replacement item being requested.  Please refer to additional instructions for Exchange Items  below.  Please note the Special Instructions listed below when returning an item by mail.

We will process your return within seven days of receipt, though it may take longer to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchange Only

Any item classified as Exchange Only may be returned, for any reason, for an exchange of another or similar item on our website.  The customer must notify us that they elect an exchange.  Communication must be made either by email or telephone within seven business days from the time the item was delivered.

The customer will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that will include a Refund/Exchange Request Form and shipping/mailing instructions.  The original invoice plus the Refund/Exchange Form must be included in the

package along with the item.  The customer must indicate the reason(s) for the exchange and the replacement item being requested.  Please note the Special Instructions listed below when returning an item by mail.

The customer will not be charged for shipment of the replacement item.  If the requested replacement item is not available, the customer will receive a refund to the credit card used to make the original purchase.  If the replacement item costs more than the original item, the customer will be charged the difference, which will be charged to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

Exchange for Wrong Item, Damage or Defective Item

If the item that was shipped is the wrong item, is damaged or defective upon delivery, or does not meet the specifications listed on the product detail page, it may be returned for an exchange of a similar-replacement item only.

The customer must notify us immediately by telephone, at 1 – 800 – 975 – 7804, extension 0, within three business days from the time the item was delivered.

The customer will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that will include a Replacement Item Form and

shipping/mailing instructions.  The original invoice plus Replacement Item Form must be included in the package along with the item.  Please note the Special Instructions listed below when returning an item by mail.

Special Instructions when returning an item by mail:

  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
  • Include the proper Return form.
  • We recommend that you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery and that you use the original shipping carton and packing materials.
  • We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the wrong item was shipped or if the product was damaged or defective upon delivery according to our Return Policy.  If the product was not wrong, defective or damaged, or is not an exchange, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
  • Please do not return items by COD.  Any charges incurred by National Online Warehouse for COD shipments will be subtracted from the amount of the returned item.  You will be refunded the difference.  If the COD cost exceeds the value of the returned product, the credit card used for the original purchase will be charged for the remaining balance.

Backordered Products

A backordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock. You will know a product is backordered prior to ordering if you see the message on the product detail page.

If a product you have already ordered becomes backordered, you will be sent an email notification. After receiving this email, you can choose to wait for the item or cancel your order.

Backorders remain active for 30 days. If backordered items are not available within 30 days, they are automatically canceled. 5 days before it is scheduled to cancel you will receive an e-mail which will ask you if you would like your backorder to be extended. At that time, you may extend the backorder by contacting Customer Care. Extension periods vary by product.

If you decide to cancel your order because it has become backordered, you will receive a full refund to the same credit card that was originally used to place the order.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee

A ?Reduced Condition Fee? will be assessed to any item that was received by the customer in ?new? condition that is then returned damaged or missing any part or component(s).

Any item that does not contain the original UPC code cannot be returned.

National Online Warehouse reserves the right to deny any return.

Using Digital Coupons

Digital Coupons, unlike credit or debit cards, are debited at the time an order is placed. Digital Coupons will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Digital Coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. A coupon cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be refunded.

Order Acceptance and Confirmation Policy

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.

Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The National Online Warehouse Website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Intended for Users Over 13

The National Online Warehouse website is intended for use by individuals 13 years of age or older.  This website is not directed to children under the age of 13.  Users under the age of 13 are advised to get assistance from a parent or guardian to use this site.
Product Displays

The National Online Warehouse Website attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the image you see matches the product exactly, especially since the view depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

Errors on the Site

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and National Online Warehouse reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, National Online Warehouse will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Pricing Policy

Our website prices and selection generally match those you may find at one of our retail or flea market venues or home parties.  However, prices and offers may vary between the venues and this website.

Change in Price

We will refund 100% of the difference if a price on the National Online Warehouse website is reduced within 15 days of the shipping, pickup or special delivery date. You may receive the lower price only by calling 1-800- 975-7804. We will honor the lower price only if it is displayed on our Website when you notify us.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax will automatically be charged to all orders that are shipped to the state of Connecticut, in compliance with the applicable Sales Tax Code.  The sales tax for such purchases is 6%.

Right to Download

You may only download Content displayed on the National Online Warehouse Website for non-commercial, personal use provided you also retain all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices contained in the material, do not modify or alter the material and do not copy or post the material on any network computer or broadcast the material in any media. It is strictly prohibited to modify, transmit, distribute, reuse, repost, “frame” or use the content of the National Online Warehouse Website including the text, images, audio and/or video for public or commercial purposes without written permission from an authorized representative of National Online Warehouse. It is strictly prohibited to download the images of the products for sale within this site.
