Shipping Policy
To ensure that your package arrives safely and securely, National Online Warehouse partners with shipping industry leaders, UPS, FedEx, USF, Roadway, and Old Dominion. In accordance with the Order Processing Policy, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email that will confirm the specific carrier used for their order. Unless otherwise noted with the product information, orders are shipped via standard ground shipping. Some items may only be delivered curb-side only.
Shipping Charges – Standard Shipping Rate
National Online Warehouse makes every effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible. The actual cost for shipping (Standard Shipping Rate) is based on the total value of your shopping cart, according to the chart below, and is applied at the end of the check-out process. The charges listed are for delivery to the continental United States ONLY. We do not ship to locations outside of the United States; there will be additional charges for delivery to U.S. locations that are outside of the continental area (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puetro Rico and U.S. military addresses). These charges will not be added to your order at check-out. A member of our Customer Service staff will contact you to arrange the additional charges.
SURCHARGES – Please note that certain items, because of size and/or weight, bear a shipping surcharge in addition to the Standard Shipping Rate described above. These surcharges are clearly shown on applicable product pages.
Because a product may be shipped directly from the warehouse of the manufacturer or distributor, orders that consist of several different products may require a different form of shipping for each item, and the items may arrive separately.
