Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchases.  We attempt to make it convenient and simple to return purchases.  You may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund based on the original form of payment, within NINETY (90) days of purchase. If we are notified by e-mail or telephone within seven (7) business days from the time the item was delivered. The original shipping charges are not refundable. In the case of an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge.

 

Return Options

Every item on our website has the applicable return/exchange policy for that item clearly listed on the product detail page under the “Return Policy” section, as described below:

 

Refundable

Any item classified as “Refundable” may be returned, for any reason, to us for either a full refund or exchanged for another or similar item on our website.  The customer must notify us that they elect a refund or exchange.  Communication must be made either by email or telephone within seven (7) business days from the time the item was delivered.

 

The customer will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that will include a Refund/Exchange Request Form and shipping/mailing instructions.  The original invoice plus the Refund/Exchange Form must be included in the package along with the item.  In the case of an exchange, the customer must indicate the reason(s) for the exchange and the replacement item being requested.  Please refer to additional instructions for Exchange Items below. Please note the Special Instructions listed below when returning an item by mail.

 

We will process your return within seven (7) days of receipt, though it may take longer to appear on your credit card statement.

 

Exchange Only

Any item classified as “Exchange Only” may be returned, for any reason, for an exchange of another or similar item on our website.  The customer must notify us that they elect an exchange.  Communication must be made either by email or telephone within seven (7) business days from the time the item was delivered.

 

The customer will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that will include a Refund/Exchange Request Form and shipping/mailing instructions.  The original invoice plus the Refund/Exchange Form must be included in the package along with the item.  The customer must indicate the reason(s) for the exchange and the replacement item being requested.  Please note the Special Instructions listed below when returning an item by mail.

 

The customer will not be charged for shipment of the replacement item.  If the requested replacement item is not available, the customer will receive a refund to the credit card used to make the original purchase. For the original purchase price only.

 

Exchange for Wrong Item, Damage or Defective Item

If the item that was shipped is the wrong item, is damaged or defective upon delivery, or does not meet the specifications listed on the product detail page, it may be returned for a exchange of a similar- replacement item only.

 

The customer must notify us immediately by telephone, at 1 – 800 – 975 – 7804, extension 0, within three (3) business days from the time the item was delivered.

 

The customer will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that will include a Replacement Item Form and shipping / mailing instructions.  The original invoice plus Replacement Item Form must be included in the package along with the item.  Please note the Special Instructions listed below when returning an item by mail.

 

 

Special Instructions when returning an item by mail:

Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.

Include the proper Return form.

We recommend that you return items via UPS or FEDEX ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery and that you use the original shipping carton and packing materials.

 

We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the wrong item was shipped or if the product was damaged or defective upon delivery according to our Return Policy.  If the product was not wrong, defective or damaged, or is not an exchange, you are responsible for all shipping charges.

 

Please do not return items COD.  Any charges incurred by National Online Warehouse for COD shipments will be subtracted from the amount of the returned item.  You will be refunded the difference.  If the COD cost exceeds the value of the returned product, the credit card used for the original purchase will be charged for the remaining balance.
